Overview
KAIRDA Coating thickness gauge NDT530 is a split structure design Coating thickness gauge, optional F1, N1, F10, F1 90 ° four different Probe measurement of different Coating thickness. Among them, N1 Probe adopts eddy Current principle, which is specially used for the measurement of the thickness of nonconductive coatings on nonmagnetic metal substrates. Measurement range is 0~ 1250μm.
Features
1. Adopt split structure design
2. Optional multiple Probes to adapt to different measurement needs
3. N1 Probe adopts eddy Current Measurement principle
4. Measurement range up to 0~ 1250μm
5. Up to 0.1mm resolution
6. Support One and Two point Adjustment
Principle
N1 Probe uses the eddy Current principle for measurement of the thickness of nonconductive coatings on nonmagnetic metal substrates. Coating thickness is detected by the eddy Current effect, which is suitable for thickness measurement of nonconductive coatings such as enamel, rubber, paints, plastics, etc.
Applications
Nonconductive Coating thickness measurement on nonmagnetic metal substrates, enamel Coating thickness measurement, rubber Coating thickness measurement, paints Coating thickness measurement, plastic Coating thickness measurement
