Principle
The instrument uses swirl/spin to vibrate powder samples at a fixed frequency of 250 rpm and a vibration amplitude of 3 mm. The vibration density is accurately calculated by the built-in microprocessor, and the result can be accurate to 3 decimal places.

Steps
Prepare the sample and select the appropriate measuringflask (25mL or 100mL);
2. Set the test parameters through the touch screen.
3. Start the instrument for swirling/spinning;
4. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the density results;
5. Use the built-in printer to print reports or export electronic reports.
Notice
• Ensure that the working power supply is AC220V 50Hz;
• Check whether the measuringflask is intact before use;
• Avoid overloading and ensure repeatability error ≤ 1%;
• Regularly check the printer paper roll to ensure that the paper compartment is ≤ 30mm;
• Pay attention to software upgrade security when network connection;
• Follow the instrument structure requirements during operation to avoid improper use.
