Principle
The vibration density meter adopts the swirl/spin vibration mode, and realizes the vibration movement through the motor drive. The vibration frequency is 250 rpm, and the vibration amplitude is 3mm. The instrument precisely measures the volume change of the powder during the vibration process, and combines the computing power of the built-in microprocessor to accurately determine the vibration density of the material.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50Hz power supply to start the instrument
2. Set test parameters through 4.3-inch touchscreen
3. Select the appropriate measuringflask (25mL or 100mL) into the powder to be tested
4. Start the vibration program, and the instrument performs swirling/spinning at a frequency of 250 rpm
5. View the measurement results on the display screen after the test is completed
6. Use the built-in printer to print test reports or export electronic reports

• Make sure the power supply is AC220V 50Hz before use
• Choose the appropriate measuringflask volume (25mL or 100mL) according to the test requirements
• Pay attention to keep the working environment of the instrument clean to avoid dust entering the interior
• Regularly check the paper Balance of the printer to ensure the normal printing function
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid touching moving parts
• The repeatability error of the test results should be controlled within the range of ≤ 1%
