Principle
The vibrating density meter is used to vibrate the powder sample with a vibrating frequency of 250 rpm and a vibration amplitude of 3 mm by swirl/spin. The instrument automatically reads the mass of the powder sample, and obtains the vibrating density value through precise calculation. The measurement result is accurate to 3 decimal places.
Applications
Metal Powder, Non-metallic Powder, Chemical Industry, New Energy, New material, Research and Teaching
Standards
GB/T 21354-2008/ISO 3953:1993、GB/T 5162-2006/ISO 3953:1993
Steps
Prepare the powder sample and select the appropriate measuringflask (25mL or 100mL)
2. Place the sample in a measuringflask
3. Set test parameters through the touch screen
4. Start the instrument for vibration test
5. The instrument automatically reads the mass and calculates the density
6. View the test results and print the report through the built-in printer
7. Downloadable electronic report (excel or pdf format)
Notice
• Please confirm that the power supply is AC220V 50Hz before use
• Choose the correct measuringflask volume (25mL or 100mL) for testing
• Ensure that powder samples meet testing requirements
• Regularly check the printer paper to ensure that the roll length does not exceed 9.42m.
• Keep the instrument clean to avoid dust accumulation affecting Measurement accuracy
• Pay attention to data security when network connection
• Repeatability errors should be controlled within the range of ≤ 1%
