Principle
With swirl/spin mode, the vibrating frequency of 250 rpm and the vibration amplitude of 3 mm are used to process the powder sample. The mass of the powder sample is automatically read by the built-in electronic scale, and the vibration density is accurately calculated by the microprocessor. The results are output through the display screen and the built-in printer.
Applications
Metal Powder, Non-metallic Powder, Chemical Industry, New Energy, New material, Research and Teaching
Standards
GB/T 21354-2008/ISO 3953:1993、GB/T 5162-2006/ISO 3953:1993
Steps
Prepare the powder sample and select the appropriate measuringflask (25mL or 100mL)
2. Place the sample in the measuringflask and install it to the instrument station
3. Set test parameters through the touch screen
4. Start the vibration process and the instrument will run automatically
5. The instrument automatically reads the mass and calculates the density
6. Output results or generate electronic reports through the built-in printer
