Principle
The instrument vibrates the powder samples with a fixed frequency of 250 rpm and a vibration amplitude of 3 mm by swirl/spin. Through accurate measurement of the volume change of the powder before and after vibration, the vibration density of the powder is calculated, and the measurement result is accurate to 3 decimal places.

Steps
1. Prepare 250 mL measuringflask and powder sample to be tested
2. Set test parameters through the touch screen
3. Start the vibration program, and the instrument performs swirling/spinning at a frequency of 250 rpm
4. Wait for the test to complete, and the system will automatically calculate and display the results.
5. Test reports can be printed through the built-in printer
6. Support electronic report generation and download

• Check whether the measuringflask is clean and drying before use
• Avoid moving or interfering with the instrument during vibration
• Regularly check the paper Balance of the printer
