Principle
The instrument vibrates the powder sample with a vibration frequency of 250 rpm and a vibration amplitude of 3 mm by swirl/spin. The system automatically reads the mass of the powder sample from the electronic scale, and obtains the vibration density value through precise calculation. The result is accurate to 3 decimal places.

Steps
Prepare powder sample and 250 mL measuringflask
2. Set test parameters through the touch screen
3. The instrument automatically reads the powder mass from the electronic scale
4. Start the vibration program, and the instrument performs swirling/spinning at a frequency of 250 rpm
5. The system automatically calculates the vibration density value
6. Print test results or generate electronic reports through the built-in printer

• Repeatability errors should be controlled within the range of ≤ 1%
• Built-in printer paper width is 58mm, paper compartment capacity ≤ 30mm
