Principle
The swirl/spin method was used to vibrate the samples with a vibration frequency of 250 +/- 15 rpm and a vibration amplitude of 3 +/- 0.1mm, and then the density of the milk powder was accurately measured.
Applications
Milk powder density measurement
Steps
1. Prepare 250 mL measuringflask and milk powder sample to be tested
2. Connect the AC220V 50Hz power supply to start the instrument
3. Set test parameters through 4.3-inch touchscreen
4. Start the vibration test process
5. The instrument automatically calculates and displays density results
6. Test reports can be printed through the built-in printer
7. Support electronic report generation and download
Notice
• Ensure that the working power supply is AC220V 50Hz
• 250mL standard measuringflask for measurement
Frequency range is 250 +/- 15 rpm
• Vibration amplitude should be kept within the range of 3 +/- 0.1mm
• repeatability error should be controlled at ≤ 1%
• Built-in printer uses 58mm wide printing paper
• The length of the printing roll does not exceed 9.42m.
Printing speed is approximately 60mm/s.
