Overview
RDS 28 #1/4 "Applicator rod is a wire-wound coating applicator. Spreader 64.0 micron wet film thickness is a popular model in the industry. It has been used in China for 30 years and has been well received by users in Resin, Pigment, Auxiliaries, Architectural coatings, powder coatings, printing, chemical chemistry, Aluminum profile and other industries.
Features
1. Popular models in the industry, widely used
2.30 years of use history, good user reviews
3. Stainless steel material, strong durability
4. Wire-wound production process, reliable accuracy
Principle
A specific gap is formed by the steel wire wound on the stainless steel rod body. When the coating rod rolls on the surface of the substrate, the coating passes through the steel wire gap to form a wet-film with a thickness of 64.0 microns.
Applications
Resin, Pigment, Auxiliary, Architectural coatings, Powder coatings, Printing, Chemical Chemistry, Aluminum profile
Steps
1. Spreader Substrate and Coatings
2. Coating evenly on one end of the substrate
3. Applicator rod at both ends, at an appropriate angle and pressure in the substrate surface uniform pull
4. Clean Applicator rod after Spreader
Notice
• Applicator rod clean and drying before use
• Spreader at constant speed and steady pressure
• Clean immediately after use to prevent Coating curing
• Avoid collisions and bends to keep the rod straight
Store in a drying environment to prevent rusting
