Overview
The perovskite-specific automatic Film Applicator is equipped with imported High Accuracy Mayer Rods, with heating and vacuum adsorption functions, equipped with air knife and air knife bracket, uses nitrogen as a gas source to accelerate the drying of the perovskite solution, supports 360-degree angle adjustment of the air knife, and the Dry-Film can be as thin as nano-level. The device solves the problem of artificial film inconsistency by automatically controlling the speed and pressure of the Spreader, and significantly improves the film reproducibility. It is suitable for accurate wet-film Spreaders on different substrates.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate wet-film Spreader on different substrates by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the pressure applied to the film applicator. The equipment uses vacuum adsorption to fix the substrate, the heating system assists drying, and the air knife uses nitrogen as the gas source to accelerate the drying of the perovskite solution. The air knife can adjust the angle 360 degrees to ensure uniform coating.
