Overview
CT400 Coating thickness gauge is an IPRE brand instrument for measuring coatings or film thickness on the surface of substrates. It is widely used in industrial and quality control fields, and can measure paints, platings, coatings, Eletroplating, thermal spray and other coatings to ensure coating mass, conformity and compliance.
Features
1. Using magnetic and eddy current thickness measurement methods, it can measure magnetic metal substrate nonmagnetic film thickness and nonmagnetic metal substrate nonconductive film thickness
2. Split design, Sensor and instrument are connected by leads, F-type and N-type are integrated
3. Unique temperature compensation algorithm
4. Two ways of continuous measurement and single measurement
5. Statistical functions include average, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, number of tests and standard deviation
6. Can store 500 measurements
Principle
The CT400 Coating thickness gauge is based on the principles of magnetic Induction and eddy Current. The magnetic Induction method is used for the measurement of Film thickness of nonmagnetic coatings on magnetic metal substrates, and the eddy Current method is used for the measurement of Film thickness of nonconductive coatings on nonmagnetic metal substrates.
Applications
Metal processing, chemical industry, commodity inspection, Eletroplating, lame plating, pipeline anticorrosion, Aluminum profile, steel structure, shipbuilding, aerospace, electric power, pot special inspection, technical supervision bureau
