Overview
The light and dark field microscope BM-14DF adopts dark field illumination technology, through the dark field condenser, the rays of light are oblique to the object to be inspected, not directly into the objective lens, and the object reflection or diffracted light is used to form a bright image. The Microscope is suitable for observing small living and undyed living samples invisible under ordinary Microscope, and is widely used in scientific research, teaching and agriculture and animal husbandry.
Features
1. Using electric light source, the luminance can be continuously adjusted.
2. The hinged lens barrel is tilted 30 degrees, allowing it to rotate 360 degrees freely.
3. The hinged three-eyepiece barrel is tilted at 30 °, with a spectroscopic prism push-pull rod, which can be swirled/spun 360 degrees.
4. The CCD channel of the three-eyepiece barrel is equipped with a multi-head threaded image fine-tuning mechanism device, with a fine-tuning range of 10mm (including CCD interface).
Principle
The dark field microscope changes the path of rays of light through the dark field condenser, so that it obliquely shines on the object to be inspected. The illuminating rays of light do not directly enter the objective lens, and use the light reflected or diffracted on the surface of the object to form a bright image. The field of view becomes a dark background, and the object to be inspected presents a bright image, which is suitable for observing tiny living bodies and non-staining organisms.
Applications
Scientific research, teaching, agriculture and animal husbandry
Steps
1. Install the dark field condenser accessory.
2. Adjust the luminance of the light source.
3. Use the coarse fretting focusing device for focusing.
4. Operate the spectroscopic prism through the push-pull rod.
5. Adjust the image fine-tuning mechanism as required.
Notice
• When using a dark field condenser, ensure that the rays of light are oblique and avoid directly entering the objective lens.
• Avoid damage to the sample when adjusting the luminance.
• Be aware of range limitations when operating the trimmer.
• Optical inspection components are cleaned regularly to maintain imagery mass.
