Overview
RDS 5 #1/4 "Applicator rod is a wide-wound Spreader tool with a wet film thickness of 11.4μm and is made of stainless steel. The Applicator rod has a diameter of 6.35mm, a total length of 400mm, an application width of 300mm, and a grip width of 50 + 50mm for precise film applications.

Principle

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and liquid material to be Spreader; 2. Place the Applicator rod at the starting end of the substrate; 3. Apply pressure evenly and pull the Applicator rod smoothly; 4. Clean the Applicator rod after completing the Spreader.
