Principle

Steps
1. Operating voltage AC220V/50Hz and Operating Pressure 0.5~ 0.7MPa.
2. Set Ultrasonic Frequency 40KHz and Power 800W.
3. Adjust the welding time within the range of 0 to 1 second.
4. Ensure that the solder layer is within 20 layers.
5. Use pneumatic drive for welding.
