Overview
Lab Basket Grinder LS-4 is a 40L size laboratory grinding equipment, which consists of a frame, a rotating shaft, a pump blade, a grinding plate, a dispersion plate and a grinding basket filled with grinding beads. The equipment adopts a silent electric lifting mode, with a lift Travel up to 500mm, designed to achieve fine dispersion and grinding of materials in a short time through an efficient circulating grinding mechanism.
Features

Principle
When the equipment is working, the grinding basket remains stationary. The rotating shaft drives the pump blade, grinding plate and dispersion plate to swirl/spin at high speed. The dispersion plate generates negative pressure and strong suction force at the bottom of the grinding basket to aspirate the ground material in the basket; at the same time, the pump blade on the upper part of the grinding basket pumps the base material to be ground into the basket. The grinding plate and the grinding beads grind the base material in the basket, and the sieve at the bottom of the basket separates the ground beads from the base material. The pump blade and the dispersion plate work together to ensure the continuous and smooth circulation of the material inside and outside the grinding basket, so as to quickly achieve the expected fineness of grinding.

Steps
1. Load the grinding materials and grinding beads into the grinding basket.
2. Install the grinding basket to the equipment rack and attach the standard 40L double-decked cartridge.
3. Use the silent electric lift function to adjust the grinding basket to the appropriate height.
4. Start the device and set the rotating shaft speed (0-1500rpm) through the speed regulation function.
5. The equipment starts to work, and the material is circulated inside and outside the grinding basket under the action of the pump blade and the dispersion plate.
6. After achieving the expected grinding effect, stop and raise the grinding basket, and take out the finished product of grinding.
Notice
• Before operation, make sure that all parts of the equipment are firmly installed, especially the connection between the grinding basket and the rotating shaft.
• Select the appropriate grinding bead specification and filling amount according to the material characteristics.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not extend your hands or Miscellaneous foreign objects into the moving parts area.
• Smooth operation should be carried out during speed regulation to avoid sudden changes in speed.
• Regularly check the bottom sieve of the grinding basket to prevent clogging from affecting grinding efficiency and material separation.
When cleaning equipment, please cut off the power supply and avoid liquid from entering the motor and electrical control parts.
