Overview
US RDS #75 Mayer Rods is a Spreader tool for preparing thicker wet-film with a wet film thickness of 171.5 microns. The product is made of stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion, not easy to rusting, not easy to break the wire, and can achieve uniform film. Compared with hot-selling models such as No. 3 and No. 6, this product is a non-hot-selling model.

Principle
The Applicator rod adopts a wire-wound production process. By precisely controlling the wire diameter and winding process, a wet-film of a specific thickness is formed during the Spreader process. When using, the Spreader is rolled on the surface of the substrate, and the wire gap determines the thickness of the Spreader to achieve uniform coating preparation.
