Overview
AW-BB75B + Webster Hardness Tester is a Portable hardness testing instrument from the AMITTARI brand, designed for rapid on-site detection of hardness of soft metals such as soft brass and copper. The instrument is easy to operate and uses a "one card" measurement method to directly read the hardness value. It is especially suitable for rapid, non-destructive piece-by-piece qualification inspection of batches of products at production, sales or construction sites.
Features
1. New materials and new technology are used to manufacture the pressing needle, with high hardness, long life and good interchangeability.
2. The handle is made of forged material, and the surface is treated with anodic oxidation, which is beautiful, wear-resistant and pollution-resistant.
3. Equipped with standard hardness block through standard hardness machine testing to ensure the accuracy of calibrating.
4. The parts are processed finely, the whole machine is assembled precisely, and after strict mass inspection, high mass is guaranteed.
5. Good instrument stability, full point and correction point stable and reliable.
6. The Wechsler hardness value obtained by measurement can be easily converted into Vickers, Rockwell, Brinell and other Miscellaneous hardness values.
Principle
The Webster Hardness Tester adopts the principle of press-in hardness testing. The instrument is pressed into the surface of the material to be tested under the action of standard spring test force through a specific shape of the pressure pin, and the corresponding Wechsler hardness value is indicated directly on the dial by measuring the depth of the pressure pin or the related displacement.
Applications
Rapid detection of soft metal workpieces such as brass and copper, suitable for rapid mass inspection at production sites, sales sites and construction sites
Standards

Notice
* This model (AW-BB75B +) is suitable for soft brass and copper materials with a hardness range of 18~ 100HRE.
* The size of the test sample must meet the requirements of Film thickness 0.6-8 mm and inner diameter greater than 6mm.
* Standard hardness blocks should be used to calibrate before use to ensure measurement accuracy.
* When measuring, ensure that the surface of the sample is flat, clean, and has sufficient support.
Do not use beyond the range to avoid damage to the pressure needle and instrument.
* Regularly check the status of the instrument to ensure its measurement stability.
