Principle
RDS Mayer Rods has formed a production process using stainless steel bars to roll on the surface of the substrate, controlling the thickness of the Spreader to 68.6 microns to achieve uniform film. The user can complete the Spreader process within the effective width of 300mm by hand operation.

Steps
Select the right diameter bar (6.35mm, 9.5mm or 12.7mm).
2. Place the bar on the surface of the substrate.
3. Hold both ends of the bar and roll the Spreader at a uniform speed.
4. Ensure that the application width is within 300mm.
5. Clean bar after finishing Spreader for next use.

• Check whether the bar diameter meets the experimental requirements before use.
• Spreader process to maintain uniform speed, to avoid uneven thickness.
• Spreader clean the stainless steel bar in time to prevent residues from affecting the next use.
• Note that the handheld width is 50 + 50mm to ensure stable operation.
