Overview
HI93551 temperature measuring instrument series is dedicated to Measuring temperature, equipped with BEPS low-power error-proof system and battery level display design, which can avoid wrong readings and remind timely battery replacement. The dual-line display screen can display the current temperature Measured value and the size value record value at the same time, and the "HOLD" key can lock the screen display value for easy data viewing and recording.

Principle
The thermometer performs temperature measurement by connecting a K-type, J-type or T-type temperature sensor. The dual-line LCD display displays the current temperature value and the recorded value in real time, and uses the BEPS low-power error-proof system to ensure the accuracy of the reading. Users can perform functions such as temperature Unit switching, data locking and calibrating through key operation.

Steps
1. Install the battery and connect the temperature sensor.
2. Select the temperature unit (° C or ° F) after booting.
3. Probe placed in the sample to be tested for measurement.
4. Use the "HOLD" key to lock the display data for recording.
Manual calibration as required (HI93551N models only).
6. Set the automatic shutdown time or turn off the automatic shutdown function.
