Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the device.
2. Connect the temperature sensor to the measurement interface.
3. Use the "CAL" key to zero-point calibrate (optional).
4. Start the measurement and read the temperature value on the LCD display.
5. Use the HOLD key to lock the data (optional).
6. Switch the temperature unit through the ° C/° F button.
7. After the measurement is completed, turn off the power or use the automatic shutdown function.
