Pilot-scale Automatic Film Applicator Rxg-02/1500 is a factory-sold automated Spreader device, specially designed for coil film. The machine adopts PLC + Touchscreen control, has automatic deviation correction and automatic constant tension control functions, and is suitable for a variety of coil and Coating types to achieve efficient and stable Spreader operation.

Principle
The machine sends the substrate into the coating roller group through the unwinding device. The coating roller group is made of double-drum precision machining parts, and the transmission is stable. The thickness of the Spreader is controlled by manually adjusting the dial meter. After the substrate is passed through the Spreader, it is smoothly transferred to the drying tunnel by the transmission platform for drying. Finally, the winding is completed through the traction roller group and the winding device. The whole process is driven by a servo motor, and the PLC automatically controls the coating speed and tension.

Steps
1. Place the substrate in the discharge rack to ensure that the materials are aligned.
2. Adjust the width and thickness of the glue, and set the required thickness through the swirl/spin handwheel and dial meter.
3. Start the equipment, and the substrate is coated with a rubber roller group Spreader.
4. Spreader the substrate into the drying tunnel drying, temperature adjustable.
5. After drying, the substrate is pulled by the traction roller group to the winding device for winding.
6. Monitor and adjust Spreader parameters through Touchscreen.
Notice
• Check the air source pressure within the range of 0.5 to 0.8MPa before use.
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 10 ℃~ 40 ℃, Humidity 30~ 90% RH.
• Spreader thickness adjustment requires slow swirling/spinning handwheel to avoid overadjustment.
• Do not touch moving parts when the equipment is running to ensure safety.
• Regularly maintain the coating roller group and transmission parts to keep them clean.
• Power supply voltage must be 380V, 50Hz, three-phase five-wire system to prevent electrical failure.
