Overview
CTG-802-1500FNV is a YIBAI brand iron-aluminum dual-use split coating platings thickness gauge. It adopts magnetic Induction and eddy Current automatic conversion technology to automatically identify substrates. The instrument conforms to international standards ISO2178, ISO2360 and national standards GB4956, GB4957, which can quickly, nondestructive and precise coating platings thickness measurement. Principle
The instrument uses magnetic Induction and eddy Current automatic conversion technology to measure the thickness of the nonmagnetic covering layer on the magnetic metal substrate by the magnetic Induction method, and the eddy Current method to measure the thickness of the nonconductive covering layer on the nonmagnetic metal substrate, which can automatically identify the substrate type and switch the corresponding Measurement mode.

Steps
Install 2 x 1.5V AAA AA AA batteries.
2. Select Single Measurement or Continuous Measurement mode.
3. Touch the Probe surface for measurement.
4. Read the measurement results displayed by the LCD point array LCD screen.
5. Optional metric-to-metric unit conversion (μm/mil).
6. The instrument is equipped with an automatic shutdown function, which does not require manual shutdown after use.
Notice
• Operating Ambient Temperature -10~ 50 ℃, Humidity < 80%.
• Ensure that the thinnest thickness of the substrate is not less than 0.3mm during measurement.
• The minimum radius of curvature is F: convex 1.5mm, N: convex 3mm.
