Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves uniform Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and applying a steady pressure. The intelligent programmable system allows remote setting of parameters including film speed, length and temperature to ensure the accuracy and Repeatability of the Spreader process. Two coating methods, bar and drawdown blade, can be selected according to demand, and the heating system maintains the set temperature to ensure the film mass.

Steps
1. Prepare the Spreader substrate and required accessories; 2. Select the bar or drawdown blade mode according to the needs of the Spreader; 3. Remotely set the film speed, application length and film temperature through the control panel or computer; 4. Start the equipment for Spreader operation; 5. Monitor the Spreader process to ensure stable parameters; 6. Turn off the equipment after the Spreader is completed, clean and maintain.
