TBJ-B2-DJ6 Floor-Standing bar drawdown blade Coater is a China Automatic Film Applicator, using bar and drawdown blade two coating methods, the effective coating area is 600 * 800mm, Floor-Standing structure design, suitable for laboratory film proofing.

Principle
The Coater is moved on the Spreader stage by bar or drawdown blade, and the coating speed is controlled by stepless speed to achieve accurate Spreader thickness and uniform film. The drawdown blade can be lifted and lowered to adjust the Spreader thickness, and the bar determines the Spreader thickness according to the model, which is suitable for a variety of material Spreaders.

Steps
1. Prepare the Spreader material and substrate and place them on the Spreader stage
2. Select the bar or Blade Coating method and set the Spreader thickness
3. Adjust the coating speed to the required range (5~ 180mm/s)
4. Start the device for Spreader operation
5. Clean Equipment After Spreader
Notice
• Make sure the power supply is 220V 50Hz before use to avoid voltage mismatch
• When the coating speed is lower than 5mm/s, it needs to be customized and cannot be used directly
• Regularly check Spreader accuracy and drawdown blade lifting function to ensure Spreader mass
• The coating table is made of aluminum alloy to avoid scratches from hard objects
• Optional accessories need to be customized according to actual needs, non-standard configuration
