Overview
TBJ-B2-DJ7 Automatic Film Applicator is an intelligent program-controlled drawdown Bar & Blade Film Applicator, which adopts imported accessories and is cheap, and is favored by multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions. The uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating are guaranteed by controlling the speed and stable pressure. It supports two coating methods of bar and drawdown blade. It is equipped with Glass material baseplate and fixture fixing substrate. Coating size is 300 * 450mm.
Features
1. Using bar + drawdown blade two coating methods, support computer remote setting film speed, application length and film temperature.
2. Spreader accuracy, Blade Coating accuracy +/- 0.003mm, meyer rod coating accuracy +/- 0.001mm.
3. Wide coating speed range, 5~ 180mm/s, support stepless speed control.
4. Optional accessories are rich, including leakage tank, substrate fixing fixture, fine-tuning horizontal height support foot device, etc.
5. Can be customized with a variety of functions, such as jet system devices, UV solid-containing devices, and automatic inking systems.
Principle
By controlling the film speed and applying a steady pressure, the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader coating are ensured. The intelligent program control system is adopted to support the computer to remotely set the parameters to realize the accurate Spreader process.
