Overview
TBJ-X2-DJ10 Automatic Film Applicator adopts imported accessories, which are cheap and favored by multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad. By controlling the speed and stable pressure to ensure the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader's gluing, the problem of artificial film inconsistency is solved, and the film reproducibility is significantly improved. Spreader can produce accurate wet-film on different substrates.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator ensures uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. Vacuum chuck is used to fix the substrate, and removable drawdown blades or bars are used for accurate Spreader, which avoids inconsistencies in manual operation and achieves highly reproducible film effects.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the coating table
2. Vacuum chuck fixed substrate
3. Set Spreader Travel and Rate Parameters on Touchscreen
4. Select and install the appropriate drawdown blade or bar
5. Start the Device for Auto Spreader
6. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader

• Power supply voltage 220V 50Hz before operation
• Check the installation status of drawdown blades or bars before Spreader
• Adjust Spreader parameters according to substrate thickness
• Regularly clean the drawdown blade to maintain accuracy
• Make sure the substrate is flat when using Vacuum chuck
• Customized functions require advance confirmation of technical requirements
