OSP-330T L60 coating rod is a professional Spreader tool of OSP brand. The rod length is 60mm and the application width is 60mm. It needs to be used with a handle. This model adopts a K-shaped cogging bottom design with large tooth spacing. It is suitable for high viscosity Coatings and has good leveling.

Principle
The coating rod is made by a formed production process. When used, the Coating is placed on the surface of the substrate, and the rod body is rolled on the substrate. The cogging structure controls the thickness and distribution of the Coating to achieve a uniform Spreader. The K-shaped cogging design increases the tooth spacing, which facilitates the flow and spread of high-viscosity Coatings.

Steps
1. Prepare coating rod and install handle
2. Coating evenly on the surface of the substrate
3. Handheld coating rod handle to roll smoothly on the substrate at appropriate angle and pressure
4. Ensure that the coating rod cogging is in full contact with the substrate and control the thickness of the Spreader
5. Spreader cleaning coating rod
