The TBJ-A bar Lab Film Applicator is a newly upgraded product. It is carefully designed for Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates, and can repeatedly and continuously prepare smooth, flat and flawless test samples. Principle
The equipment uses the bar coating method, by precisely controlling the coating speed to move in the range of 2~ 200mm/s, with the upper infrared heating system (Temperature range RT +~ 180 ℃), Spreader the precise thickness of the wet-film on the surface of different substrates. Spreader thickness is determined by the bar model, and the accuracy can reach +/- 0.001mm.
