Principle
The RDS Applicator rod uses a wire-wound production process to form a uniform film on the substrate surface through precisely wound stainless steel wire. As the Applicator rod moves across the substrate surface, the wire gap controls the thickness of the Spreader liquid for precise wet film thickness control.
