American RDS #75 Mayer Rods is a Spreader tool for preparing thicker wet-film, wet film thickness up to 171.5 microns, made of stainless steel, with corrosion resistance, not easy to rusting, not easy to break the characteristics of wire, uniform film.

Principle
The coating applicator uses a wire-wound production process, and a specific gap is formed by winding the stainless steel wire on the surface of the rod body. When the coating applicator moves on the surface of the substrate, the coating forms a uniform wet-film coating through the gap of the steel wire.
