Overview
The HM-64 multi-sample tissue grinder is a special, fast, efficient, multi-testtube system for the extraction and purification of raw DNA, RNA, and proteins from any source, such as soil, plant, animal tissue, bacteria, fungi, etc.
Features
1. The number of operations is large and the effect is good: the grinding of 64 samples can be completed within 1 minute, saving time and effort, the difference between batches and batches is small, the extracted protein is higher than live, and the nucleic acid fragments are longer.
2. No cross-contamination: The sample tube is crushed in a fully enclosed state, and disposable centrifuge tubes and beads are used to avoid cross-contamination and external contamination between samples.
3. Easy to operate: Built-in program controller, can set grinding time, rotor vibration Frequency and other parameters; Humanized Operating interface.
4. Stability: The vertical oscillation mode is adopted, the ground is more sufficient, and the Stability is better; the running noise is less than 55dB, which does not interfere with the Miscellaneous experiment.
5. Convenient low temperature operation: The adapter can be immersed in liquidnitrogen chilled down for 1-2 minutes and then directly ground, no need to freeze again, saving liquidnitrogen.
6. Repeatability: Under the same procedure, the same tissue sample obtains the same grinding effect, Working time is short, sample temperature does not rise.
Principle
The HM-64 multi-sample tissue grinding instrument uses a grinding ball to crush samples efficiently in a closed sample tube through vertical oscillation, and can set the grinding time and vibration Frequency to achieve fast and uniform Sampling Handling.
Applications
Plant tissues (roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds), animal tissues (brain, heart, lungs, stomach, liver, thymus, kidneys, intestines, lymph nodes, muscles, bones), fungi, bacteria (yeast, E. coli), food, pharmaceuticals, volatile samples (coal, oil shale, wax products), plastics, polymers (PE, PS, Spinning & weaving products, Resin)
Steps
1. Place the sample into the sample tube in the adapter.
2. For low temperature grinding, immerse the adapter in liquid nitrogen and chill down for 1-2 minutes.
3. Remove the adapter and quickly fix it to the host.
4. Set parameters such as grinding time and vibration Frequency through the LCD screen.
5. Start the instrument to ground.
6. Remove the sample tube after grinding is completed.
Notice
The sample tube should be used in a fully enclosed state to avoid cross-contamination.
• When operating at low temperature, the adapter should be quickly fixed after chilling down without re-freezing.
• Ensure that the grinding time and vibration Frequency meet the sample requirements when setting parameters.
• The operating noise of the instrument is less than 55dB, but it is still necessary to pay attention to the environment interference.
• Clean and maintain the adapter and grinding ball in time after use.
