Overview
The HBO HG-10 Digital Display Force Gauge is a Portable Force Gauge with a load value of 10N and a Graduation of 0.005N. It features High Accuracy, High Resolution, High Stability, and displays the test direction through Pull +/Thrust -, and has 99 test data storage functions built in for easy data management and analysis.

Principle
The HG-10 Digital Display Force Gauge detects push and pull forces through a built-in Sensor, converts the force values into electrical signals, and displays them on the segment LCD after ADC conversion. It supports a variety of test modes, including real-time force tracking, peak holding, and first peak mode. It also performs data qualification judgment by setting upper and lower comparison values, and outputs audible alarms and level signals.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply or use the built-in lithium battery
2. Select Measurement unit (N, KN, Kgf, gf, lbf, tf)
3. Set the test mode (real-time force tracking, peak hold, or first peak mode)
4. Set the upper and lower limit comparison value, peak holding time, gravitational acceleration value or automatic shutdown time without operation as needed
5. Perform a push-pull force test and observe the force reading and direction symbol of the display window
6. Data is automatically stored or exported via Communication interface
7. Data analysis, report generation and printing using PC software

- When the battery level shows very small, charge it in time to avoid automatic shutdown.
- Operating temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, storage temperature is -20~ 70 ℃, relative humidity is 15%~ 80% RH
- Ensure that there is no vibration and corrosion medium around
