The TQC Baker coating applicator VF2147 is a cylindrical coating applicator with 4 paint surfaces for 4 preset thicknesses. With an application width of 60mm, it is suitable for Spreaders on flat or smooth solid substrates for a variety of products. The product is made of stainless steel to resist the erosion of acid and alkaline substances in Coatings or cleaning agents.

Principle
The Baker coating applicator uses four coating surfaces of different heights to scrape the coating on the substrate to form a wet-film of preset thickness through a cylindrical design. When using, the coating applicator can move smoothly on the substrate, and different surfaces can produce coatings of 50 μm, 100 μm, 150 μm and 200 μm thickness.

Steps
1. Select the desired Spreader thickness surface
2. Place the coating applicator at the starting position of the substrate
3. Push the coating applicator along the substrate smoothly and evenly
4. Clean coating applicator after Spreader

• Make sure the substrate surface is flat and clean before use
• Spreader should maintain uniform traverse speed
• Clean the coating applicator after use to prevent Coating residue
• Avoid scratching the coating surface with hard objects to maintain accuracy
• Avoid collisions with Miscellaneous tools when storing
