Overview
The black plastic sheet (PVC material) is the test substrate specified in GB/T 9780-2013 "Test method for architectural coatings coating stain resistance" and GB/T 9755-2014 "synthetic resin emulsion exterior coating". The product has a smooth matte surface and does not contain plasticizers. It can be used to replace asbestos-free cement pressurized plates used in the determination of architectural coatings scrub resistance.
Features
1. Meet the test substrate requirements specified by national standards.
2. Smooth matte surface, no plasticizer.
3. Can replace non-asbestos cement pressure plate for scrub resistance determination.
Principle
In the scrub test, the coating is applied to the plastic sheet at a specific Film thickness, and after drying, it is scrubbed with the matching Scrub Resistance Tester to evaluate the washing performance of the coating.
Applications
Architectural coatings coatings stain resistance test, synthetic resin emulsion exterior coatings scrub resistance test
Standards
GB/T 9780-2013、GB/T 9755-2014
Steps
1. Apply the coating to the scrub test piece at a specific Film thickness.
2. The coating drying.
Scrub test with PS 2730 JTX-II or PS 2738 JTX-V architectural coatings Scrub Resistance Tester.
