Principle

Baker coating applicator scrapes the coating on a flat plate or a smooth solid substrate through four different heights of painted surfaces to form four pre-defined thickness wet-films. When the coating applicator moves evenly on the surface of the substrate, the coating forms a coating of a predetermined thickness through the gap between the coating applicator and the substrate.
