Principle
The stainless steel brush uses its 0.04mm ultra-fine stainless steel wire to perform circular motion brushing on the surface of the anilox roller. The ultra-fine steel wire can penetrate into the wire diameter gap of the anilox roller, and cooperate with the cleaning liquid to effectively remove blocked inks or paint residues to achieve deep cleaning.

Steps
1. After the shutdown, first wash off the inks on the surface of the anilox roller with water.
2. Spreader the cleaning solution directly on the surface of the anilox roller and wait for about ten minutes. Then brush the anilox roller in circular motion with the anilox roller wire brush for 3 to 5 minutes. The foam generated by the brushing should stay on the roller surface for 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Finally, rinse off the cleaning liquid thoroughly with water to ensure that there is no residue.
4. If the anilox roller blockage is serious, the cleaning liquid residence time and brushing time can be appropriately extended, or the above steps can be repeability.
