TBJ-X2-DJ16 Automatic Film Applicator is China's multi-functional film equipment, using imported accessories, affordable, widely favored by multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions. By controlling the speed and stable pressure to ensure the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating, support bar and removable drawdown blade film, film thickness range 0~ 10mm, with Vacuum chuck function, suitable for release paper and film substrates, effective coating area 300 * 600mm.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves uniform Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and applying a steady pressure. Bar and removable drawdown blade are used for filming, the drawdown blade can be lifted and lowered to adjust the thickness, and the Vacuum chuck system fixes the substrate to ensure the smoothness and accuracy of the Spreader process. The coating speed can be adjusted steplessly, and the number of Spreader Travel can be set arbitrarily in the range of 1~ 600mm to ensure the film mass.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it in the Vacuum chuck area; 2. Select the bar or drawdown blade film method as needed; 3. Set the coating speed and Spreader Travel parameters through Touchscreen; 4. Start the device for Spreader operation; 5. Clean the device after the Spreader is completed.
Notice
- Make sure the power supply of the equipment is 220V 50Hz before use; - Spreader substrate needs to be placed flat to avoid uneven thickness affecting the effect; - Regular cleaning of drawdown blades and bars to prevent residues from affecting the accuracy; - Vacuum chuck system needs to check whether the aperture and aperture are normal; - Customized functions need to be confirmed in advance; - Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid contact with moving parts.
