Principle
High Accuracy Spreader is performed with bar by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. The device uses Platen Heating to heat the substrate, and at the same time fixes the film, release paper and other substrates through the Vacuum chuck system to ensure that the substrate is flat and stable during the Spreader process, so as to achieve uniform and accurate wet-film Spreader.

Steps
1. Spreader substrate and place on Vacuum chuck board
2. Set Spreader thickness and bar model according to requirements
3. Set the heating temperature to the desired range
4. Adjust the coating speed in the range of 5~ 200mm/s
5. Spreader Travel 1~ 400mm
6. Start Vacuum chuck fixed substrate
7. Start Spreader operation via Touchscreen control
8. Turn off the device after completing the Spreader
