TBJ-X2-DJ12 Automatic Film Applicator is a small Spreader device with an effective coating area of 400 * 500mm, bar and Blade Coating methods, equipped with Vacuum chuck function, suitable for film proofing of film, release paper and other substrates. The device solves the problem of artificial film inconsistency through automated operation, significantly improves the reproducibility of film, and supports customization of larger formats.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator precisely controls the speed of the Spreader and the pressure applied to the film applicator to achieve accurate wet-film Spreader on different substrates. The device uses Vacuum chuck to fix the substrate, and the Spreader operation is carried out through the bar or drawdown blade. The Touchscreen Control system adjusts the Spreader parameters to ensure the conformity and reproducibility of the film.

Steps
1. Prepare the Spreader substrate and place it on the Spreader stage
2. Vacuum chuck system fixed substrate
3. Set Spreader parameters (Speed, Travel, etc.) through Touchscreen
4. Select the appropriate Spreader tool (bar or drawdown blade)
5. Start the Spreader
6. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader
