Overview
TBJ-X5-DJ7 Automatic Film Applicator is a China small Spreader test equipment, using imported accessories, affordable, widely used in multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions. The equipment ensures the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating by controlling speed and stable pressure. It is suitable for materials such as film, paper, release paper, Spreader hot-melt adhesive, epoxy resin and other substances that need to be heated and dried. The effective Spreader size is 500 * 1000mm.

Principle
The Film Applicator performs Spreader on the substrate surface with a removable drawdown blade, and uses a Vacuum chuck system to fix the substrate to ensure material stability during the Spreader process. At the same time, the aluminum Platen Heating unit provides a controlled temperature environment to promote uniform Spreader and drying of materials such as hot-melt adhesives and epoxy resins. Speed and pressure parameters are precisely adjusted through the Touchscreen for High Accuracy Spreader effect.

Steps
1. Prepare substrate and place in Vacuum chuck area
2. Install and adjust drawdown blades as needed
3. Set coating speed, Travel and heating temperature via Touchscreen
4. Start Vacuum chuck fixed substrate
5. Start the Spreader process and monitor Spreader uniformity
6. After Spreader is finished, turn off the device and clean the drawdown blade
Notice
• Make sure the power supply of the device is 220V 50Hz before use to avoid voltage mismatch
• Spreader process pay attention to heating temperature control to prevent overheating damage to the material
• Regularly clean drawdown blades and Vacuum chuck holes to maintain equipment accuracy
• For substrates with uneven thickness, optional silicone pads and weight can be adjusted
• Customized functions require advance confirmation of technical parameters and compatibility
