Principle
The hardness gauge is based on the principle of press-in Hardness test, which is performed on memory sponge samples by applying a standard spring force (228gf), the Hardness value is measured, and the results are displayed digitally.

Steps
1. Install 2 AA batteries
2. Boot ready for measurement
3. Press the hardness gauge vertically into the surface of the memory sponge sample
4. Read the Hardness value on the LCD display
5. You can choose to connect to the PC through the RS232C interface for data transmission
6. Manual shutdown or wait for automatic shutdown after use
Notice
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be kept within the range of 0~ 40 ° C (32~ 104 ° F)
• Environmental humidity should be less than 80% RH
• Measurement range should be between 10~ 90HMF
• When the battery voltage is lower than the specified value, it should be replaced in time
• Ensure that the hardness gauge is pressed vertically into the sample surface for accurate readings
