Overview
DUBAN DB22-CM222H anticorrosive layer thickness gauge is a Portable measuring instrument that can quickly, non-destructive and precise thickness measurement of coatings and platings. The instrument is suitable for laboratories and engineering sites, and is widely used in manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industry, commodity inspection and other fields. It is an essential testing tool for material protection professionals.
Features
1. It has the function of automatically identifying the material of the tested substrate
2. Single and Continuous Measurement modes available
3. There is a buzzer prompt tone during operation, and the buzzer does not sound during continuous measurement
4. Can store 99 sets of data, support average, MAX Maximum and MIN Minimum statistical functions
5. Use USB data cable output and RS-232 data cable output to communicate with PC
6. Provide Bluetooth Bluetooth ™ data output selection
Principle
The anti-corrosion layer detector adopts the current method in the multi-frequency tube (including the AC current attenuation method and the AC potential layer method). Under the premise of non-excavation, the multi-frequency current in the pipeline and the leakage current in the soil are measured at a fixed point on the ground to quickly find the defective pipe section of the anti-corrosion layer. The A-frame can be used to accurately locate the defect points of the anti-corrosion layer, and to evaluate the insulation performance of the anti-corrosion layer. The comprehensive performance of the anti-corrosion layer can be detected scientifically, accurately and economically, and the maintenance and maintenance suggestions can be provided.
Applications
Manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industry, commodity inspection and other testing fields
