DB20-CM212 is a DUBAN brand statistical Coating thickness gauge, which adopts an integrated design and can store 99 sets of measurement data. It adopts a battery-powered Portable design and works based on the principle of magnetic Induction and eddy Current to accurately measure thickness without damaging the measured body.

Principle
The DB20-CM212 uses magnetic Induction and eddy Current principles for measurement. It uses computer technology and nondestructive detection technology to accurately measure thickness without damaging the subject. The F Probe is used for measurement of the thickness of the non-magnetically permeable cover on the surface of the magnetically permeable material, and the Nf Probe is used for measurement of the thickness of the insulating cover on the non-magnetically permeable metal substrate.

Steps
1. Choose F-type or Nf-type Probe according to the tested material
2. Single or continuous measurement on the measurement surface
3. The instrument automatically stores data and calculates statistical values
4. Data transfer and analysis via USB connection to PC

• Ensure that the measurement surface meets the minimum convex diameter of 26mm and minimum concave radius of 50mm
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 0~ 50 ° C, Humidity below 80% RH
