Overview
HuiNuo RVDV-1 digital display Rotational Viscometer is a general-purpose viscosity measurement instrument, using a 16-bit microcomputer processor core control circuit and a stepper motor high-subdivision drive, with a range of 80~ 40,000,000 mPa · s. The whole process is continuously variable, and the Rotation speed is stable. The LCD screen can directly display the viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current Rotation speed.

Principle
The Viscometer uses the swirl/spin Measurement principle to calculate the dynamic viscosity by measuring the Tack Resistance of the liquid to the rotor. The instrument drives the rotor to swirl/spin in the liquid through a stepper motor. The microcomputer processor collects and processes the data in real time, and finally displays the various Measurement parameters on the LCD screen.
Applications
Oil, paints, food, paper, cosmetics, chemicals, coatings, capsules and other fluids viscosity measurement. Equipped with special temperature control heating device can be used to measure the apparent viscosity of asphalt and the viscosity of various fluids such as hot-soluble glue, paraffin, high polymer and so on.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate rotor number (R2 #, R3 #, R4 #, R5 #, R6 #, R7 #)
2. Set the required Rotation speed (0.1~ 99.9rpm)
3. Immerse the rotor in the liquid to be tested
4. Start measurement, the instrument automatically displays parameters such as viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, and percentile torque
5. Read and record measurement results
6. Optional data collection software can be connected to the computer for automatic data collection and storage
