Overview
HuiNuo HBDV-1 digital display Rotational Viscometer is a general-purpose viscosity measurement instrument. It uses a 16-bit microcomputer processor core control circuit and a high-subdivision drive of a stepper motor. It has the characteristics of wide range, full stepless speed change and smooth Rotation speed. The LCD screen can directly display the viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current Rotation speed. The range is 640~ 320,000,000 mPa · s.

Principle
The Viscometer measures Tack Resistance and dynamic viscosity of liquids using the swirl/spin Measurement principle. The instrument swirls/spins the liquid with a stepper motor, and a microcomputer processor controls and processes the measurement data to directly display the parameters.
Applications
Oil, paints, food, paper, cosmetics, chemicals, coatings, capsules and other fluids viscosity measurement. Equipped with special temperature control heating device can be used to measure the apparent viscosity of asphalt and the viscosity of various fluids such as hot-soluble glue, paraffin, high polymer and so on.
Steps
1. Select the appropriate rotor and install it
2. Connect the Power Adapter
3. Set the required Rotation speed (0.1~ 99.9rpm)
4. Immerse the rotor in the liquid to be tested
5. Start measurement, read the viscosity and other parameters displayed on the LCD screen
6. Optional data collection software can be connected to the computer for automatic data collection and storage

• Select the right rotor for accurate measurement results
• Ensure that the rotor is fully immersed in the liquid during measurement

• Clean the rotor promptly after use
