Overview
HuiNuo LVDV-2 digital display Rotational Viscometer is an intelligent digital Viscometer. It adopts a 16-bit microcomputer processor core control circuit and a high-subdivision drive of a stepper motor. The range is wide, the whole process is stepless, and the Rotation speed is stable. During the measurement process, the LCD screen can directly display the viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor under the current Rotation speed, as well as the shear rate and shear stress. The circuit adopts patch technology, with a compact structure and reasonable layout. The main performance indicators have reached the advanced level of foreign congeneric products.

Principle
Based on the principle of swirl/spin viscosity measurement, the Viscometer calculates the dynamic viscosity by measuring the Tack resistance of the liquid to the rotor by driving the rotor in the liquid through a stepper motor. The microcomputer processor controls the circuit for High Accuracy Rotation speed adjustment and data collection, and the LCD screen displays the relevant parameters in real time.
