Overview
HuiNuo RVDV-2 digital display Rotational Viscometer is an intelligent digital Viscometer driven by a 16-bit microcomputer processor core control circuit and a stepper motor with a high subdivision drive. The range is 40~ 40,000,000 mPa · s, and the whole process is continuously variable. Rotation speed is stable. During the measurement process, the LCD screen can directly display the viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percentile torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current Rotation speed. It can also display the shear rate and shear stress. The circuit adopts patch technology, with compact structure and reasonable layout, and the main performance indicators have reached the advanced level of foreign congeneric products.

Principle
Tack resistance and dynamic viscosity of various liquids are measured by the swirl/spin method. Stepper motor is used to drive the swirl/spin rotor, and a microcomputer processor control circuit is used to achieve stepless speed change and accurate measurement.
