HuiNuo HBDV-2 digital display Rotational Viscometer is an intelligent digital Viscometer, using 16-bit microcomputer processor core control circuit and stepper motor high subdivision drive, the range is 320~ 320,000,000 mPa · s, the whole process is continuously variable, Rotation speed is stable. The instrument can measure the Tack resistance and dynamic viscosity of various liquids, and is widely used in oils, paints, food, paper, cosmetics, chemicals, coatings, capsules and other fluids viscosity measurement.

Principle
Tack resistance and dynamic viscosity of liquids are measured by the swirl/spin design of the Viscometer. Stepper motor high subdivision drive and microcomputer processor control enable stepless speed change and accurate measurement. The LCD screen directly displays relevant parameters such as viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, etc.

Steps
1. Connect the Dedicated Power Adapter.
2. Select the appropriate rotor and install it.
3. Speed range 0.1~ 200rpm.
4. Measuring location of the sample.
5. Start the instrument, LCD display viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature and other parameters.
6. Record or collect data through software.
