Overview
HuiNuo SNB-AIH digital display swirl/spin high temperature Viscometer is mainly used for measurement of solid at room temperature and liquid after high temperature heating, such as asphalt, hot-melt adhesive, polyethylene (PE) wax, etc. It can be used in a single machine to directly display measurement data, or optional software can realize data collection analysis and full monitoring of viscosity-temperature Linear dispersion.

Principle
Measurement principle of swirl/spin is used to test the viscosity of the sample under high temperature conditions. High subdivision stepper motor is used to drive the rotor swirl/spin, and the viscosity value is calculated by measuring torque change. The data is directly displayed on the LCD screen or analyzed by software.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate rotor and install it
2. Measurement mode and parameters
3. Place the sample in a high temperature furnace for heating
4. Start the measurement program
5. Read the viscosity data displayed on the LCD screen or monitor Linear dispersion through software
