Principle
Measurement principle of swirl/spin, using high subdivision stepper motor to drive the rotor in the sample swirl/spin, measurement of sample viscosity characteristics at high temperature. Viscosity value, Rotation speed, temperature and other parameters directly displayed on the LCD screen, and optional software to achieve data collection and Linear dispersion monitoring.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample with a capacity of 10~ 20mL
2. Select and install the appropriate rotor (21 #, 27 #, 28 #, 29 #)
3. Speed range is 0.1~ 200rpm CVT
4. Temperature range is room temperature + 10~ 250 ℃, temperature control accuracy +/- 0.1 ℃
5. Start measurement, the instrument directly displays viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature and other parameters
6. If the Measurement range is exceeded, the instrument will issue an alarm sound

• The sample capacity needs to be controlled within the range of 10~ 20mL
• Measurement accuracy of +/- 1% F. S and reproducibility of +/- 0.5% F. S for newtonian fluids
Measurement range beyond the instrument will emit an alarm sound, need to adjust the parameters in time
